E-mail Message

Internet Search

Etc...

Basically, anywhere the software keyboard appears on your screen.
Touch and hold the text field to see this menu.

There may be extra options on the screen (such as 'Paste') if you have text selected. Scroll down if necessary to see 'Input Method'.
